CPCA Membership Levels

 

CPCA SUSTAINING MEMBER

CPCA SUSTAINING Member achieved their CPCA SUSTAINING Member requirements at www.cpca-edu.us which include:

  1. not taking government funds in the USA excluding:
    • having VA benefits in the USA, or
    • having USDE recognized accreditation.
  2. having a physical presence with THREE or more of the following qualifiers:
    • incorporated or,
    • a ministry of an incorporated entity or,
    • in the USA under a church with IRS letter recognizing them as a church for contributions or,
    • licensed or,
    • exempt from licensure, and

COMPLIANT WITH

  1. being in compliance with the standards, requirements, and fees of the CPCA at www.cpca-edu.us for CPCA SUSTAINING Member
  2. conforming to CPCA disclosure restrictions relative to the plethora of non-recognized by USDE CHEA accreditation mills
  3. having advanced from CPCA AFFILIATE Member to enroll in CPCA SUSTAINING Member.

This institution has achieved the qualifications for the CPCA SUSTAINING Member standards of excellence on www.cpca-edu.us.

All CPCA SUSTAINING Member institutions will now advance to the certification process with the CPCA Certification Commission at the CANDIDATE APPLICANT level, see https://www.cpca-commission.org/.

CPCA AFFILIATE Member

New member joins as a CPCA AFFILIATE Member listed on cpca-edu.us. When the CPCA has examined and verified compliance WITH CPCA AFFILIATE Membership status then the institution will move to CPCA SUSTAINING Member.

CPCA Affiliate membership is available to a prospective entry level private faith based institution of higher education within the scope of CPCA’s service, namely the United States with related territories, and internationally when verifiable, where:

    1. they or the CPCA has determined that the institution has not verified some or all of the CPCA Member membership standards and requirements on www.cpca-edu.us.
    2. the institution has committed and stated its desire to be working toward verification of the CPCA standards of excellence on www.cpca-edu.us to qualify for CPCA Member status.
    3. they are not taking government funds in the USA.
    4. they are working on having a physical presence and will have THREE or more of the following qualifiers:
      • incorporated or,
      • a ministry of an incorporated entity or,
      • in the USA under a church with IRS letter recognizing them as a church for contributions or,
      • exempt from licensure or,
      • licensed or,
      • qualified under 1) to 4) above internationally when verifiable, and

COMPLIANT WITH:

    1. Conforming to CPCA disclosure restrictions relative to the plethora of non-recognized by USDE CHEA accreditation mills.
    2. Actively working to achieve compliance with the standards and fees of the CPCA at cpca-edu.us for CPCA AFFILIATE Member to become CPCA SUSTAINING Member.

CPCA AFFILIATE Member is not to be confused with CPCA SUSTAINING Member, CPCA Certification Commission certification, USDE CHEA accreditation or understood in any way to imply any of above.
