Member Institutions of the Florida Council of Private Colleges or the Council of Private Colleges of America must APPLY within 3-years of joining to become a candidate for Institutional Certification by the CPCA Certification Commission. The process starts by completing the Initial Candidate Application Form. The duration for Candidacy is up to 3 years. The Annual Institutional Report is due during the Candidacy period.
